Parks
The Village has nine recreational parks with two major areas for organized sports. All are maintained by the Village of Bible Hill. The main park is located on College Road and has three ball fields, a multipurpose field, and playground equipment including a natural playground. This site is where the Village holds its annual Canada Day events. The Village also builds and maintains walking trails within its boundaries.

Bible Hill Recreation Park
The Bible Hill Recreation Park is located at 38 Guest Drive off College Road. The park is considered a Regional Park in Colchester County, and includes youth baseball fields, a multipurpose field, gazebo, picnic shelter, splash pad, washroom facilities and is also an access point to part of the Cobequid Trail. Field bookings can be made through the Village of Bible Hill office at 902-893-8083. If you are interested in holding a celebration at any park, please call the office so they can schedule park maintenance appropriately. Our picnic shelter and gazebo are not available for rental, and are on a first come, first served basis. For more information on Village Property Usage, please view the policy here.

Airport Park
This park is located at the end of Jennifer Drive of Pictou Road and features three Slo-Pitch fields. It is home to the Truro Bible Hill Mixed Slo Pitch League. For more information on adult Slo-Pitch, please see http://truroareamixedslopitch.com . Along with the softball fields, a walking loop leads around the perimeter, which is a popular location for people to walk their dogs. Complimentary dog bags and waste disposal can be found at the parking lot. To book any of the softball fieldsat the Airport Field please contact the Village of Bible Hill 902-893-8083.

Holy Well Park
Bible Hill’s first park, built for Canada’s Centennial, Holy Well Park is located off Main Street, past College Road heading towards the Town of Truro. A popular stop for both residents and visitors to enjoy their lunch; Holy Well Park has been designated as a historical site by the Colchester Historical Society due to it being a landmark of the early settlers to the Village of Bible Hill.
Poplar Drive Park
Poplar Drive Park is located at the intersection of Poplar Drive and Hallet Drive. This small park features roadside parking and includes swing sets and a small playground. The playground here was installed after local children got together to petition the Village Commission for equipment in their area. What a great example of youth engagement!
Farnham Road Park
Farnham Park is located off Farnham Road and includes a picnic table and swing set. The park has a scenic view of Farnham Brook on the edge of the park - home to many trout.
Meadowland Park
Meadowland Park is located on the western corner of Meadowland Ave. It has a walking path which connects through to College Road and is used by students to access Bible Hill Junior High School located on College Road. This trail is maintained all year long. The park is a popluar spot in the winter time given its outdoor rink which is used for skating and hockey.
Village Court Park
Village Court Park is a small park featuring swings and a rocker located at the end of Village Court. It is also an access point to a beautiful section of the Cobequid Trail, which heads either west towards Bernie MacDonald Drive, or east towards Hillvale Drive in Valley along the Farnham Brook.
Armstrong Ave Park
Armstrong Park is located on Armstrong Aveune behind the former East Court Road School and is an open space for residents to enjoy.
